The Skitch’s easy-to-use, app operated format is perfect for first time embroiderers and experienced crafters alike.

With a 100 x 100mm working area, it’s the perfect compact crafting companion. The free arm and included magnetic embroidery frame make personalising tubular items like bucket hats, tote bags, trouser legs and t-shirts super easy.

The Skitch embroidery machine is powered by Brother Artspira*. Use the app to quickly change settings, monitor your progress, receive machine alerts, draw your own embroideries, convert images to cross stitch, digitise images and portraits, and access amazing designs to stitch out right before your eyes.

Stitch monitor
Use the Artspira in-app embroidery monitor to watch the progress of your embroidery while you do other things, and be alerted when to change threads, rethread, change the bobbin or replace the needle.

Free arm
Tubular items are no longer a no-go for home embroidery. Slip items like bags, bucket hats and trouser legs easily over the free arm.

Exact embroidery placement
Use your mobile device’s camera, and the Skitch’s smart magnetic frame, to place your embroidery exactly where you want it before one stitch has been stitched out.

Magnetic frame
No more fiddling with embroidery frames! Just place your fabric and stabiliser onto the base of the Skitch’s magnetic frame and add the top frame. Easier to use, less movement and reduces fabric hoop burn.

Thread trimmer
Trim both the top and bottom thread at the touch of a button.

Bluetooth connectivity
Send your designs from Artspira* directly to your Skitch. Design on-the-go, whenever, wherever and however you want.

100 free embroidery designs
Get 100 exclusive embroidery designs when you link your Skitch to your Artspira account. These designs are only available to Skitch users.

Needle threader
The Skitch’s one touch needle threader does the work, so you don’t have to. Thread as per machine diagram, then press the lever, and the needle is threaded for you.

Drop in bobbin
Wind your bobbin with the built-in bobbin winder, then simply drop it into the bobbin case and thread as per machine diagram and replace the cover.

Easy thread adjustment
Use the thread tension dial to quickly adjust the upper thread tension on your Brother Skitch single needle embroidery machine.

Needle up/down button
Easy change needle position for machine maintenance.

Start/Stop button
Start, pause and stop embroidery at the touch of a button.

Trial run setting
You can use the 'trial run' function in Artspira to test the embroidery area on your Skitch before you stitch out your design.
