Hi, I am Tracey Dennis, founder of ‘owl and sewing cat’ with a passion for sewing and embroidery.
My passion for sewing began as a young child when my mum taught me how to sew and I was fascinated how she could take a flat piece of fabric and turn it into a dress in a few hours and some of my fondest memories were raiding my nans box of ribbons and buttons.
I then took this passion for sewing and in 2010 established the ‘Owl and Sewing Cat’ and produced fun, easy to follow sewing patterns and sewing kits. We have an ever-growing range of over 300 sewing patterns covering dressmaking and crafting projects including a wide variety of home décor and storage ideas, bags, children’s projects, festive fun projects for Christmas and many more, with free downloadable patterns available to trial.
I am also a regular guest on 'Sewing Street TV' where I get to demonstrate our many designs on this fun tv program dedicated to all things sewing, which I love.
Here at the ‘Owl and Sewing Cat’ we are on a mission to get as many people as possible sewing!
