Before you start

  • Machine firmware update and Artspira mobile app required to redeem designs. For latest firmware update, please visit https://support.brother.com

  • USB drive is required to do the firmware upgrade.

  • The cutting patterns offered are for personal, non-commercial use only.

To access the free cutting designs, simply follow these six steps!

If you are new to Artspira, start at Step 1.
If you already have Artspira installed, but have not yet registered your machine, start at Step 2.
If you already have registered your machine to your Artspira account, start at Step 5.

Step 1: Download Artspira

Once the app is downloaded, log in to Artspira.

Step 2: Connect to your cutting machine

Select the machine icon (in the upper right-hand corner).

1.    Select icon to set up device.
2.    Select Embroidery machine.
3.    Select Register Embroidery machine.
4.    Press Register on your cutting machine under "Machine Registration" in setting menu.

Step 3: Register cutting machine

Select Cutting Machine and Register your machine.

5.    Enter machine. Select Next.
6.    Enter PIN code.
7.    Once connected, you’ll see "Ready for transferring". Refresh the screen by tapping arrow on left top corner if PIN code not recognised.
8.    You now have over 90 Tattered Lace designs, after refreshing the Home screen!

Step 4: Bonus designs

Follow the screen prompts for the machine set up.

Step 5: Accessing bonus designs

9.    Select Tattered Lace designs button in Specials at the bottom of home screen.
10.  Select Design you want to use.
11.  Press the Create button on your device.

Step 6: Data transfer

Congratulations! Your cutting design is ready to be transferred to your cutting machine.

12.    Press Transfer to send design to your cutting machine.
13.    Complete. Notification received Data transfer is complete.
