In order to process your claim, a valid proof of purchase and serial number was required during the registration process. If these were not provided, then we cannot process your claim. 

Your free Urban Threads embroidery patterns will be emailed to you within the next 5 working days (our apologies, we do not work over weekends ;)). The patterns will be sent to the email address you used to register. Remember to check your spam folder.

If you have not heard from us within 5 working days and we haven’t landed in your spam folder, please email us to make sure we got your registration!

Please note, registrations over the Christmas period may take up to 10 working days to process.
